Erika Santoyo, Vice-President(951) 827-3479 Erika Santoyo is an Graduate Enrollment Manager for the UCR School of Business with over 20 years of experience in diverse teaching and education environments. With 12.5 years dedicated to the University of California system, she is committed to empowering students to be proactive, optimistic, realistic, and accountable in achieving their academic goals.

Tanya Wine, Immediate Past President(951) 827-3741 Tanya Wine has worked in Higher Education for the past 27 years. She began her career as a work-study student while finishing her undergraduate degree, working in the College of Business and Public Administration at Cal State San Bernardino. Since moving to UCR, she has worked in the Bourns College of Engineering, the Graduate Division, and the Anderson Graduate School of Management before coming to CHASS, where she has served as the Academic Resources Manager and now serves as the Divisional FAO for the Multidisciplinary Unit and Performing Arts Departments as part of the Dean’s office Finance Team. |

Brittany Gray, Director of Outreach(951) 827-0626 Brittany Fraser is a 2018 UCR Alumna with a degree in Cellular, Molecular, and Development Biology. She currently serves as the Purchasing & Financial Assistant for the University of California, Riverside in the Performing Arts Administration unit. Her main responsibilities include coordinating travel, purchasing, contracting, facilities coordination, and key coordination. She previously worked as the Events Manager for CHASS Facilities. Under that role, she managed over 940 events a year with a team of student staff.

Alexandra Rollins, Co-Director of Professional Development(951) 827-4928 Alexandra Rollins serves as the Director of Employee and Organizational Development at UC Riverside, where she leads initiatives that strengthen leadership capacity, foster inclusion, and support organizational growth. With over a decade of experience in leadership development and organizational change, she has partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as Toyota, Mattel, Hyundai, and the Automobile Club of Southern California before returning to her alma mater.

Shannon Minter, Co-Director of Professional Development(951) 827-0273 Shannon Minter is a Classification and Compensation Consultant in Central Human Resources at the UCR. She brings over 20 years of diverse experience in Human Resources, with a background that includes training and development. In her current role, Shannon manages compensation and classification activities, serving as the primary consultant on job reviews, pay evaluations, and policy alignment. In addition, she contributes to campus-wide initiatives, designs training materials, and ensures compliance with university and legal pay practices. |

Raymond Holguin, Co-Director of Information Technology(951) 827-6212 Raymond is the Interim Chief Information Officer of the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. He is the project manager and lead developer for all web applications developed in CHASS for both internal and external usage. He is also responsible for implementing and maintaining the CHASS server and security infrastructure. Raymond is a proud UCR alumnus having received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering. |

Rudy Rodriguez, Co-Director of Information Technology(951) 827-5613 I am the Data & Reporting analyst in the Constituent Management and Technologies (CMT) Team within the Vice Chancellor of University Advancement’s (VCUA) Office. As a UCR alum, it’s nice being able to work here, and being on campus is always a welcoming feeling. I work with department and campus partners to send communications to the campus and its community. Additionally, I assist in maintaining the database and provide general IT support to the department. I am a recent LEAD graduate, and outside of work, I enjoy reading, the gym, and board games. |

Yan Ma, Director of Finance and Data Management(951) 827-5640 Yan Ma recently celebrated eight years at UC Riverside, where she serves as a Senior Institutional Research Analyst in the Office of Institutional Research. She has developed a wide range of dashboards highlighting campus statistics, student enrollment, outcomes, and faculty and staff data for both public use and internal reporting. She also supports campus reporting and contributes to initiatives across the university as well as with external partners. Yan hopes to bring her data and analytical expertise to LEAD to advance understanding of participant and user needs. In her free time, she enjoys reading and playing badminton. |

Grace Nyanzwii, Director of Administration(951) 827-0141 Grace Nyanzwii currently serves as a Financial Analyst in the Department of Family Medicine at the UCR School of Medicine. She brings a strong background in administration and financial management, having previously served as a Contracts and Grants Analyst at the UCI School of Medicine.

Vanessa Torrez, Director of Outreach(951) 827-3355 Vanessa Torrez is the Assistant Director of Talent Management for University Advancement at UC Riverside. With more than 13 years of experience in the field, she has been part of the UCR community since 2018, driving strategies that strengthen recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention across the division. She leads full-cycle recruitment, builds a diverse pipeline of candidates, develops staff engagement opportunities, and designs onboarding programs that set employees up for success.

Veronica Ruiz, Finance and Human Resources Officers Group (FHROG) Advisory member(951) 827-2316 Veronica Ruiz is the Assistant Dean and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for the Marlan and Rosemary Bourns College of Engineering. She is a hands-on executive with extensive experience in complex administrative and academic environments. Her responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and guidance on all financial, budgetary, and administrative matters. She is skilled in strategy development, execution, and problem-solving. As part of the executive management team of the school, she contributes to strategic vision setting, critical decision-making, and represents the school on various campus-wide committees. Her past leadership experience includes serving on multiple staff organizations such as the UCR Staff Assembly Executive Board as Vice President/President-Elect, President, and Past President. The Council of UC Staff Assemblies as senior delegate for UCR and in a support role to the boards of the Administrative Management Professionals (AMP) and the Leaders of Excellence and Distinction (LEAD). Veronica is a first-generation college graduate and proud alumnus from UCR with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Sociology. She also has a Master of Public Administration from CSU San Bernardino. She is happily married to her husband, Alex Ruiz, and has four wonderful children. |
