About Dennis McIver
An award-winning higher education professional, Dennis McIver is the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Program Manager at UC Office of the President. Systemwide, he is the current Chair of the Council of UC Staff Assemblies. Before joining UCOP, Dennis spent nearly seven years at UCR where he served as UCR Staff Assembly President and UCR Black Faculty and Staff Association Chair while founding multiple campus initiatives. Dennis is also a PhD student in Leadership Studies where his research explores higher education staff leadership development. 

About Michelle Sansone
Michelle served as Assistant Director of FitWell at the UCR Student Recreation Center from 2009-22. Michelle is currently a student at California Baptist University (CBU), where she is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies. Besides work and school, Michelle enjoys presenting at national conferences and serving as an instructor for professional fitness organizations and the American Red Cross. 

About Tiffany Tallackson
Tiffany is a FitWell Coordinator at the Student Recreation Center. She works with students, staff, and faculty alike to provide physical health and well-being programs for the student population. Her experience involves the development and execution of fitness training programs and events that cater to all fitness levels and abilities. She has worked on many projects relating to staff and faculty worksite wellness through workgroups and subcommittees, including Healthy Campus, Mental Health Allies, Staff Scholars, DSA Strategic Plan, and VCSA Staff Well-Being. Tiffany is also finishing her PhD in Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
